What will you do?
Manage customer accounts in a post-sale universe
Responsibility begins with managing customer onboarding and setup processes
Indoctrinate a knowledge base of best practices that achieves customer goals on time and across time
Ensure account health
Balance multiple projects
Account reviews and reporting
Meet deadlines independently
Drive customer success and enrich each account’s lifetime value
After market up-selling
Coordinate cross-selling within the Refinery enterprise
Collaborate and communicate with Writers, Designers, Developers
Gather customer input for new product definition
What will you oversee?
Customer Arrival, Set-up, Onboarding, Knowledge Transfer and Awareness processes
Account Health – bilaterally
Account Reviews and Reporting
Customer awareness of additional Refinery services
What skills, education and experience should you possess?
Technology, Technical, or Business Degree
4+ years of experience in customer facing technical account management and/or technical sales roles at agencies, digital advertising or technology vendors
SaaS and or PaaS experience
Ability to maintain poise while resolving time-sensitive work, on target
Strong Intellectual Depth
Analytical and Process Compatible
Flawless communication skillset: Listening, Writing, Speaking
